you refer t the 1995 doubled die obverse as the last mint error. 1-no IT's not, 2- IT's non an error it's a variety as an error is a one of a kind and a variety is multiple examples. Doubled die is where the master hub was doubled and when they restamp a die information technology could be rtated OR tilted to make the become flat doubled and the pennys is not stamped twice so there could be many of the Lapplander variety.when it stamps surgery presses the centime in the
